    • The death occurred at his residence, Waterview, at 3.45 a.m. on Saturday last, of another old and highly respected resident in the person of Mr. Edward Parkinson. The late Mr. Parkinson about seven weeks ago contracted pleurisy, and his case was so serious that he had to be removed to a private hospital in South Grafton. About two days before his death he expressed the wish that he would like to be taken home to his residence at Waterview, which wish carried out, and he passed peacefully away on Saturday morning last. The deceased, 69 years of age, was a native of England.
