      Love-Frieberg.
At St. Peter's Church of England, Mount Alford, on July 21 (writes our correspondent), Mr. John Love, son of Mr. and Mrs. T. Love, Maroon, was married to Miss May Frieberg, fourth daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. Frieberg. Rev. G. E. Easter performed the ceremony. Miss May Palmer presided at the organ. The church was prettily decorated for the occasion by girl friends of the bride. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a dainty frock of pale pink crepe de Chine. The bodice was finely tucked and inlet with guipure insertion and the skirt was bordered with deep guipure lace. Her embroidered tulle veil was arranged in cap effect, and encircled with a wreath of tiny orange blossoms. She carried a bouquet of white sweet peas, arum lilies, and fern, tied with satin streamers, and wore a gold brooch, the gift of the bridegroom. Miss Vera Love, sister of the bridegroom, was bridesmaid, and wore a frock of pink crepe de Chine and a bandeau of pink tulle. She carried a bouquet of sweet peas and fern, tied with pink satin streamers, and wore a brooch, the gift of the bridegroom. Mr. Herbert Frieberg, brother of the bride, acted as best man. The wedding breakfast was served at the bride's home. The tables were tastefully decorated. The centre of attraction was a handsome wedding cake. The usual toasts were honoured. Later Mr. and Mrs. Frieberg entertained the guests at a dance. The bride and bridegroom received numerous beautiful and costly presents, including several cheques. Mr. and Mrs. Love will make their home at Boonah. [3]
