    • FUNERAL.-The Friends of Mr. JULIUS KITZELMANN, of Marburg, are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral of his Deceased WIFE, to move from the Funeral Parlour of the Undersigned, Nicholas street, Ipswich, at 11 o'clock, arriving at Marburg Cemetery 3 o'clock THIS DAY (THURSDAY).

    • DEATH OF MRS. J. KITZELMANN.
      On the 26th instant (writes our Marburg correspondent) death took another greatly-respected resident of this district in the person of Mrs. J. Kitzelmann. Deceased had resided here for a considerable number of years, and was one of those persons ever willing to render assistance to others where possible. She was born at Prerzwick, Germany, on January, 13, 1858. She came to Queensland in 1879, landing on August 5. On the 14th of the same month she was married to Mr. Julius Kitzelmann, who was then a widower, the issue being two sons and eight daughters, two of the latter having predeceased her mother. Her remains were interred in the Marburg Lutheran Cemetery on Thursday last, the Rev. J. Frank officiating in a most impressive manner. Much sympathy had been expressed with the relatives of deceased.

      KITZELMANN.--In sad but loving memory of our dear mother, Bertha Kitzelmann, who departed this life at Goodna, January 26th, 1910, aged 52 years. R.I.P.
      Mother is gone, but not forgotten,
      Nor is the good advice she gave.
      Sweetest thoughts shall ever linger
      Around our darling mother's grave.
      Long days and nights she bore in pain,
      To wait for cure was all in vain,
      But God alone, Who thought it best,
      Did ease her pain and gave her rest.
      So dearly loved, so dearly mourned.
